Peter Zhu brings over two decades of experience in human resource management, performance management, workforce planning, leadership development, and talent acquisition. He has overseen the global human resources function across the US, Europe, Japan, and Hong Kong.

As a member and certified trainer of the CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources), Peter leverages extensive knowledge of HR best practices to drive organizational growth. His strategic insight and hands-on approach are instrumental in supporting Esco’s 3.0 expansion initiative. Peter’s leadership is defined by a results-oriented mindset, collaboration, proactivity, integrity, fairness, and respect.

In his role as Human Resources Vice President, Peter leads the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives. He serves as a trusted advisor and thought leader, advancing the talent agenda to achieve growth targets and broader organizational success. He has strengthened the leadership team, implemented workforce strategies for both domestic and global expansion, and spearheaded organizational restructuring as part of Esco 3.0.
