Low Yae-Foong – Co-Founder, Board Member, and CXO's Mentor

The definition of having a good attitude towards work is bearing in mind the interests of your co-workers and all other stakeholders when you are making decisions.

Mdm. Low Yae-Foong co-founded Esco in 1978, driving the company’s early innovations and laying the foundation for its growth.

Up to September 2025, Mdm. Low served as Chief Operating Officer, playing a pivotal role alongside Founder Mr. Lim in establishing Esco’s presence across ASEAN, as well as in China, Europe, and the United States. As of October 2025, she has transitioned into a new role as CXOs Mentor and continues to serve on the Board of Directors.

Mdm. Low holds a B.Sc. in Pharmacy from the University of Singapore.
