Shui Liu

Shui Liu is the Commercial Director of Esco China, leading the China commercial team to serve, hospitals, schools, government agencies, and biotech and biopharma customers. He oversees the strategic commercial operations across all Esco business units in China, including sales, marketing, service, and business development. His leadership drives alignment with overall business objectives and fosters revenue growth through innovative strategies and market insights.

With over 16 years of experience in the life sciences industry and a decade managing multinational teams, he has built expertise in mixed selling strategies, channel development, and business expansion. Since joining Esco in June 2024, Shui has made impactful contributions, including spearheading a strategic focus on equipment in cell biology based on market data analysis. This initiative reflects his ability to align resources with industry trends to maximize opportunities.

He recognizes cost management and innovation as key challenges for the industry, and so he is committed to leveraging Esco's strengths to innovate, reduce costs, and bring high-quality, cost-effective solutions to customers, accelerating scientific progress and improving research productivity.

Shui holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from Suzhou University, China, and a Master’s degree in Biochemistry from Gyeongsang National University, South Korea.
