Peter Zhu has over two decades of experience in human resource management, performance management, workforce planning, leadership development, and talent acquisition. He has held key leadership roles in various companies across the US, Europe, Japan, and Hong Kong.

As a member and certified trainer for the CPHR (Chartered Professionals in Human Resources), Peter brings a wealth of knowledge and HR best practices to Esco. His strategic acumen and hands-on approach are instrumental in supporting our Esco 3.0 expansion initiative. His leadership is characterized by a results-oriented mindset, coupled with collaboration, proactiveness, integrity, fairness, and respect.

As our Human Resources Vice President, he plays the lead role in shaping our HR strategies, aligning them with our overall business goals. He serves as an advisor and thought leader, driving the talent agenda to achieve our growth objectives and broader organizational success. He has upgraded our leadership team, implemented effective workforce strategies for domestic and global expansion, and spearheaded the organizational restructuring of our company as an integral part of Esco 3.0, to name a few.
