Jane Ye

Jane Ye is the Executive Director of Supply Chain Management of Esco. She drives the company’s end-to-end supply chain strategy, and oversees supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations, with a focus on optimizing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing operational excellence.

Jane brings over 12 years of robust experience in supply chain leadership. Her leadership is underpinned by a strong work ethic. Jane believes: "If nobody can do better than you in the same position or situation, then you are doing your best. Our goal is to achieve the maximum of what we can do and continually strive to prove that we are giving our best." This philosophy drives her commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

She is also passionate about people care and talent development, considering every individual in Esco as a valuable asset. She emphasizes the importance of transparency and believes in gradually improving systems and processes: "We may face some challenges with management practices today, but we see these as opportunities to enhance systematically, one step at a time." Her leadership focuses on achieving results while nurturing and empowering employees, providing growth opportunities for those with the potential to excel.

Jane holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and International Trade from the Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade. She is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and TFC Trainer.
